That’s the kind of work I built Inkhouse to do.

I’m a Talent Development professional and Birkman Certified Professional with 13 years of experience helping leaders, teams, and organizations navigate growth and change. For 11 of those years, I was at Mailchimp (and later Intuit), where I partnered with managers and senior leaders on everything from leadership development to complex team and organizational challenges.

I’ve always been drawn to the people problems that don’t have an obvious answer: Why isn’t this team working? What does this leader need to grow? How do we turn insight into something people can actually use?

Today, I work with founders, people leaders, and executives through Inkhouse, providing fractional Talent Management support, team development, and transitional executive coaching.

I bring a mix of curiosity, practical experience, and the Birkman framework to help people better understand themselves and each other—and then do something with that understanding.

I work with a small number of clients at a time because good talent work takes time, attention, and a real relationship.
